① Free Consultation

- Review of the potential scope of work for the job as well as price references from similar past jobs.

② Design Agreement

- Full preparation of the job, from selections, schedule, pricing, and when needed, engineering and permitting.

③ Project Proposal

- Final project is put together and proposed in a contract to be signed by the client.

④ Production Begins

- All design items are carried out and overseen by in-house labor, subs, and inspectors.

⑤ Change Orders

- Our design is thorough, but remodels sometimes have surprises or changes. All deviations from the scope of work will be addressed in a change order for your approval before the change is performed.

⑥ Final Payments

- Expect a final walk, clear payment expectations, and a “forever” warranty against workmanship.
